Chapter 7...Graze Box Review!
Hey guys!

I received a Graze box sent to me recently, first I was a bit unsure about it as its all natural and organic and too me that kind of turns me off to a product unless its makeup or body stuff. But the company is all about healthy products that you don't feel too guilty about eating after so I got stuck in!
The Graze Box company makes most of their boxes skinny enough to fit through your letter box so that the boxes can be posted in if you are out! I think this is a great idea because I am out of the house the majority of the time so it is really convenient to know that I don't have to come home and then drive all the way out to the post office to collect it! I got sent a variety box, this contains a variety of their products, the packaging is 100% biodegradable and recyclable which I LOVE!
The first snack that I was sent is called "Rough Blend Peanut Butter With Pretzel Sticks", I personally don't really like peanut butter so my opinion is very one sided, I got my Dad to taste it and he really liked it (he is a big lover of peanut butter.) Overall I think that if you like peanut butter than this is really for you and even if you are unsure I say give it a go and try something new!

Next up was the "Salted Fudge & Peanut Cookie!" I LOVE this, I think this is a great snack for on the go as it has a lot of protein and energy but in the form of something sweet for a pick me up!
With this next product I was very unsure about, it is the "Vietnamese
Pho soup with shiitake mushrooms and spicy toban jhan". This comes in two sections firstly you add the dry things to a cup or bowl and then you all hot water and in with the paste. I really didn't like the way that it looked but I braved a tasting and it was really nice so that just proves that you should give everything a go!

The best for last! "SUPER Carrot Cake!" This is from their high tea range and I love it. You get the actual carrot cake itself and then you get a teabag to have with it! The cake is so moist and the tea is so traditional and just overall I'd get a box filled with this if I could!
That is it for this post guys, I love Graze Box and I would totally recommend this so anyone that is on the go, everything is packaged so you could throw one of the little boxes in your school or work bag and have it for lunch! I hope that you enjoyed this post!

Chapter 5....Dealing with THAT time of the month!
Hiya
guys,
In my experience, I generally want to snuggle under my duvet with a dominos watching Netflix but, unfortunately this isn't always possible as there are little commitments that we all have; school or work!
I also love to drink coffee, but caffeine doesn't go well with a lot of pain medicines that I take for the whist I am on my period. So as a substitute I drink hot chocolate or decafe coffee. My one true love is Starbucks so I will always have a cheeky frappe when I am in town.
Over
all folks the biggest thing is that, you get to know your body and the
way it works! For example I know that I come on late and I am very
heavy so I will ALWAYS carry around some tampons JUST IN CASE! Make
sure to always have a JUST IN CASE package with you in your bag, with everything that you may need with you, e.g. tampons, pads and whatever else you think you may need.
Thank you for reading this I hope you found it useful, please tweet me any suggestions for future blogs and leave a comment telling me what you thought or any tips and tricks dealing with THAT time of the month!

Sorry
I havent bloged for a while but I am back and determined to post
something every week! Now that's out of the way, this week I have
decided to discuss the taboo subject of periods!
In my experience, I generally want to snuggle under my duvet with a dominos watching Netflix but, unfortunately this isn't always possible as there are little commitments that we all have; school or work!
But
DONT worry there are things that you can do too make THAT time of the
month a little bit easier!
The
first thing is that you should remember that it is okay to let
yourself have that day of feeling sorry for yourself and too just
lounge around in your pjames, order food and watch American Horror
Story! On the other hand you should also keep in mind that you need
to keep active and that exercise will help with the cramping, as well
as keeping moving, paracetamol and lots of water will help this.
Whilst
we are on the subject of cramping, baths really soothe the pain. I
personally favour showers over baths. But when I do have one, I use a
lush product my favourite is Twilight! It smells of everything that I
love, I like to have baths at night so that it calms me down before its time to go to bed.
Whilst
I am in bed I like to use water bottles, I put them in the bed before
I go to sleep so it makes the sheets all cosy and warm. During the day I
like to use heat patches, I use the ones with ibroprophen so that it
sinks in the skin and soothes the pain.
I also love to drink coffee, but caffeine doesn't go well with a lot of pain medicines that I take for the whist I am on my period. So as a substitute I drink hot chocolate or decafe coffee. My one true love is Starbucks so I will always have a cheeky frappe when I am in town.
My
skin is a big problem when I am on my period, my skin flares up
massively! I generally don't get spots at all but my skin is naturally
quite oily around my t zone area. So I use witch-hazel products and
also St ives exfoliator.
Thank you for reading this I hope you found it useful, please tweet me any suggestions for future blogs and leave a comment telling me what you thought or any tips and tricks dealing with THAT time of the month!

Chapter1...October Birchbox Review
I decided to try out Birchbox's beauty box when I read and watched countless unboxing's of their products. At first I was extremely sceptical but recently I plucked up the courage and entered my details! This is my second month of receiving a box full of joy, and was very pleased with the contents so I thought 'hey why not blog it!' For those of you that have no clue about what I talking about I will explain, every month you get a box filled with beauty, hair and general pieces of loveliness. These are all catered to your profile they ask you about your skin type, hair type, favourite things and so on. I personally love this because it makes you feel special every time you open it, I turn into a small child on Christmas eve being able to open one present! So without further or do lets get on with the great unveiling of this months box entitled 'WORK IT!'
Firstly once I took of the lid I was stunned by a beautiful pink pouch which held all of my goodies!
After opening the pouch the first item I took out was Meaningful Beauty- Anti Ageing Wrinkle Smoothing Capsules. I personally don't feel the need for these as I am only 16 but I'm thinking that my Mum would love to give these a go! All of the items in the box are minis so you can literally try before you buy, the full size product costs £39.50
| Sorry the picture isn't too good:) |
The next item is Shaveworks- The Cool Fix. I love this product because it does really work! It claims to treat ingrowing hairs, razor bumps and after hair removal. This product comes into its own after I get my brows waxed, I have very thick brows so waxing produces lots of unwanted redness for me, but I just pop the cooling gel on after and it helps to cool down the skin also I love the smell it just reminds me of a lovely hot bubble filled bath. (If that description even makes sense hehe) The full size of this product costs £11.
Balance me is next with Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm, I have always been on the fence about face balms as for me I have very oily/combination skin and things like this tend to leave me with blemish after blemish....so far I haven't encountered any mountains on my face but then again I haven't been using this for very long so I will have to give you an update! One thing that puts me off about this product is the smell, it smells very organic which to me isn't very pleasant. The full version of this costs £20
This product was an absolute saviour to me, as the wind and the rain set in my lips were getting progressively cracked. It is of course Pixi's shea butter lip balm. As the lip balm contains shea butter it is very smoothing and nourishing on your lips, also it has a slight nude tint which means you can have a bare face and still rock it! The full size costs £8.
Next I received Hair Play Dry Wax from KMS California. As of yet I haven't tried any of these sort of products before as they tend to make my hair brittle and dry, but Ill give this ago and report back! The full bottle costs £15.
Lastly I got a handy little pen shaped as a lipstick which I think is super quite and will definitely be going in my handbag as a handy essential.
Overall I really enjoyed this months box, I think its a great way to discover new products. Especially when you get things you wouldn't have bought for yourself! I hope you enjoyed todays blog post, this is my first ever post and would love you to leave comments below and tweet me ideas for the next one!
Love,
Char xo
